Michael Guerra, LMHC
Michael Guerra is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. Mike has a depth of expereince working with various clients improving interpersonal effectiveness, trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, grief, behavioral change, and relational conflict. He completed his bachelor of arts in psychology at Eastern University, and his master of arts in clinical meantal health counselinn at William James College. Mike uses an elcelctic approach to therapy using interventions from several disciplines through the ARC model of care. He prides himself on his trauma informed practices, and will create space for you to explore the areas of your experience you are ready to dive into. Mike believes that the mind is always trying to heal, and that it takes good humor, along with evidenced based practices, to heal. In therapy with Mike you can expect to inspect your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to help you pursue the life you want to lead.
